Our Medical Centre, headed by the world-renowned Medical Director MUDr. Ladislav Špišák CSc, is the only facility among spa hotels and sanatoriums in the city to be certified by the Czech Ministry of Health.

Savoy Westend Luxury Spa Resort & Medical Centre is considered to be one of the most beautiful architectural ensembles of Europe. The complex is located in Karlovy Vary’s Westend, a historical neighborhood (UNESCO World Heritage Site), surrounded by beech forests and with easy access to the centre of Karlovy Vary and its attractions. It consists of 5 magnificent villas built in historical style dating back as far as 1875. The hotel offers 114 rooms, including apartments and suites. All villas are connected to the hotel’s Medical Centre by underground corridors.
We focus on advanced innovations in modern medicine, combined with traditional methods in balneology, benefiting from the Hotel’s direct connection to the mineral springs. Karlovy Vary’s famous healing springs for drinking cures are only a short and pleasant walk from the hotel. We specialize in the treatment of diabetes, musculoskeletal system, diseases of the digestive tract, rehabilitation after surgical interventions, detoxification, regeneration. Please consult our program for other‚ lifestyle therapies such as antistress or weight loss. With our own laboratory we are able to perform a compete check-up as the basis of your treatment. Today Savoy Westend offers more than 100 different diagnostic studies and more than 400 medical, wellness and cosmetic procedures. At the Spa you can enjoy the 25 meters long swimming pool, the largest private pool in Karlovy Vary, a salt cave, steam bath, sauna, whirlpool, ice pools, Kneipp’s foot bath and a well-equipped fitness.
Our Savoy Restaurant with its summer terrace offers local and international specialties, but also detox menus and dietary programs. At the King's Club Bar you can choose from a wide range of exclusive local and international wines, premium spirits and exotic cocktails. Rooftop View - Rooftop View room has an area of 45 m². This room can be occupied by max 3 persons. It is available in Savoy Villa.
Superior - Superior rooms have an area of 26-40 m². These rooms can be occupied by max 3 persons. They are available in Savoy, Artemis, Kleopatra and Carlton Villas.
Superior with balcony - Superior with balcony rooms have an area of 26-40 m². These rooms can be occupied by max 3 persons. They are available in Kleopatra Villa.
Deluxe - Deluxe rooms have an area of 30-46 m². These rooms can be occupied by max 3 persons. They are available in Savoy, Kleopatra and Carlton Villas.
Deluxe with balcony - Deluxe with balcony rooms have an area of 30-46 m². These rooms can be occupied by max 3 persons. They are available in Savoy, Kleopatra and Carlton Villas.
Apartment - Apartment has an area of 60 m². These rooms can be occupied by max 4 persons. They are available in Artemis Villa.
Junior Suite - Junior Suite has an area of 55 m². These rooms can be occupied by max 4 persons. They are available in Carlton Villa.
Family Suite - Family Suite has an area of 66-85 m². These rooms can be occupied by max 4 persons. They are available in Carlton Villa.

Karlovy Vary therapeutic methodology has a history of more than 600 years, uses the local unique warm mineral springs for drinking therapy, inhalation, intestinal procedures, baths and hydrotherapy.
